As a Live Chat Agent, you will be the first point of contact for parents, students, and prospective families, providing exceptional customer service through live chat channels. You will play a crucial role in enhancing our school’s communication and ensuring that inquiries are addressed promptly and efficiently.Responsibilities
- Engage with parents, students, and community members through live chat, addressing inquiries and providing accurate information about school services and programs.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy while interacting with users, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Document and track chat interactions, including queries, feedback, and resolutions, to help improve service quality.
- Collaborate with other school departments to escalate complex issues and ensure timely follow-up.
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on school policies, programs, and services.
- Monitor and report trends in customer inquiries to help improve overall communication strategies. Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education in customer service or education-related fields is a plus.
