As a Live Chat Support Representative, you will serve as the first point of contact between our company and potential customers. Your role will involve utilizing your exceptional communication and problem-solving skills to provide support and assistance to clients through our online chat platform.

Pay: $28 - $33 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner through our live chat platform.
  • Accurately document and record all communication with clients.
  • Assist clients with questions regarding our services, promotions, and offerings.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshoot any issues that arise during the chat session.
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve any complex issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Identify opportunities to upgrade or upsell services to clients.
  • Follow up with clients to ensure their needs have been met and provide additional support as needed.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and updates to provide the most accurate and relevant information to clients.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Prior experience in customer service, preferably in an online chat support environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using online chat platforms and other technology.
  • Attention to detail and ability to accurately document client interactions.
  • Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to work collaboratively with a team.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts as needed.
