Long-Form YouTube Editor for Men's Fragrance & Lifestyle Channel (800K+ Followers) - Contract to Hire

I run @definitelytai across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube with 800K+ followers. I post daily short-form and weekly long-form YouTube content in the men's fragrance and luxury lifestyle space. I'm hiring a long-form YouTube editor for ongoing weekly work.

The role:

• 1-2 long-form YouTube videos per week

• Raw talking head footage → full polished edit with color grade

• 24-48hr turnaround on first cut

• Revisions delivered same day

• Ongoing contract, paid per video

What I need from you:

• DaVinci Resolve (required, not optional)

• Strong color grading skills - this is non-negotiable

• Experience editing talking head / educational YouTube content

• Clean pacing, text overlays, b-roll integration

• Slack communication and fast response

• Ability to take clear revision notes and execute without back-and-forth
