Hi! I'm conducting a product research study on dog training collars and looking to speak with dog owners who’ve personally used one.

This will be a casual one-on-one text interview through Upwork messages. We’d love to hear how you’ve used the product, what worked for you, what didn’t, and what you'd like to see improved.

This is part of a real product design study. Your honest feedback will help us understand how to make smarter, more helpful training collars in the future.

Join a text-only chat interview here on Upwork

Share your experiences using a training collar (brand, features, behavior changes, etc.)

Respond to a flexible set of questions — no pressure, no video, no audio

You may receive occasional follow-up questions later if you're open to it (entirely optional)

Time Estimate:

30–45 minutes total

You can respond in one sitting or over the course of a few hours, whichever is easier

Payment:

$15 USD, fixed rate

Paid after the main chat is completed

Who we're looking for:

People who currently own or recently owned a dog

Have used a training collar (shock, beep, vibration, GPS, etc.)

Comfortable having a text conversation and sharing product opinions
