    Description:
  • Lead process design and optimization for Oracle Cloud ERP and EPM across finance, accounting, billing, tax, compliance, and reporting functions.
  • Configure and manage Oracle Fusion modules including Purchasing, Payables, General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Billing, and Revenue Management.
  • Design and implement vendor payment processes and bank integrations using OIC, APIs, SFTP, and FTP.
  • Develop and maintain Oracle EPM solutions for planning, budgeting, forecasting, consolidation, and reporting.
  • Build reporting and analytics using Smart View, Narrative Reporting, and Data Management.
  • Collaborate with IT and integration teams on interfaces to payment gateways, external financial systems, and bank connectivity.
  • Document current-state and future-state processes using BPMN or swimlane methodologies.
  • Partner with business stakeholders and finance leadership to define requirements, align solution design, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Support data validation, user acceptance testing, post-go-live stabilization, and issue resolution.
  • Administer financial application systems, including deployments, enhancements, user support, and change management materials.
  • Provide audit support by delivering reports and documentation to internal and external auditors.
    Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 7–10 years of experience with financial applications and ERP/EPM systems.
  • At least 5 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud ERP, including core financials and procurement.
  • At least 3 years of Oracle Cloud EPM experience, including PBCS/EPBCS and FCCS.
  • Deep understanding of multi-entity, multi-currency accounting, intercompany eliminations, and consolidations.
  • Experience configuring integrations with banking systems, APIs, and third-party solutions.
  • Advanced skills in process documentation, requirements gathering, and data flow design.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work with both technical and executive stakeholders.
  • Background in commercial real estate, property management, or asset management is preferred.
  • Exposure to Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Oracle Visual Builder (VB), or other cloud development tools is preferred.
  • Working knowledge of GAAP, IFRS, and corporate allocation methodologies is preferred.
  • Oracle Cloud ERP Financials Certified Implementation Specialist and/or Oracle EPM implementation certification (FCCS, EPBCS) is preferred.
    Benefits:
