- Requirements:
- Experience in sales strategy, sales planning, strategy & operations, consulting, analytics, or related fields
- Leading complex, cross-functional initiatives with measurable business impact
- Highly analytical and comfortable with large datasets
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and Salesforce
- Hands-on experience with quota setting, incentive design, compensation modeling, and forecasting
- Effectively operate in multi-stakeholder environments across Sales, Product, Finance, and Analytics
- Strong ownership, prioritization, and decision-making skills in fast-paced environments
- Compelling communicator capable of influencing senior stakeholders
- Strategic thinking combined with operational execution
