The UKG Solutions Manager is responsible for driving the successful implementation, optimization, and ongoing enhancement of the UKG solutions within Baptist Health South Florida. This role serves as the liaison between T&D, strategic stakeholders, entity partners, end users, and vendor partners to ensure UKG solutions capabilities align with organizational goals, workforce efficiency, and system integration across modules. The UKG Solutions Manager will champion a system-thinking approach, ensuring that scheduling workflows integrate seamlessly with all UKG solutions enduring accuracy, labor compliance, and employee experience.
Qualifications:

Strong understanding of workforce scheduling principles, labor policies, productivity metrics, and healthcare operations. Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills. Analytical mindset with ability to manage priorities in a complex, cross-functional environment. Operates with curiosity, courage, and a commitment to excellence. System thinker who values collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement. Salary ranges from $99,583.81 - $129,458.95 depending on years of experience.
