Responsibilities
- As a Customer Care Associate at Amazon, you will:
- * Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in Marathi, Hindi, and English, addressing queries, resolving issues, and providing accurate information.

- * Proficiency in Marathi, Hindi, and English (spoken and written).

- * Basic computer literacy, including familiarity with MS Office and CRM tools.
- * High school diploma or equivalent.
