Position Overview The Marketing Coordinator – Campaign Operations supports the planning, coordination, execution, and reporting of multi-channel marketing campaigns across email, web, social media, events, and promotional initiatives.
This role manages campaign workflows, schedules, and marketing calendars to ensure programs are executed accurately and on time. Working closely with the marketing team, the coordinator monitors campaign performance metrics and analytics to support reporting, process improvements, and overall marketing effectiveness.
- Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage, schedule, and execute daily marketing email campaigns in alignment with the Master Marketing Calendar.
- Coordinate campaign workflows, timelines, approvals, and deliverables to ensure projects are completed on time and within scope.
- Maintain and oversee marketing calendars, tracking key deadlines, launches, promotions, and campaign milestones.
- Monitor campaign execution and performance metrics; compile reports and provide updates and insights to the marketing team.
- Assist with the planning, coordination, and execution of company events, trade shows, sponsorships, and promotional activities.
- Support the marketing department with administrative functions, including calendar management, report maintenance, invoice processing, and monitoring shared email inboxes.
- Maintain inventory of marketing collateral, promotional items, trade show materials, and branded merchandise.
- Coordinate prize fulfillment activities, including winner selection, prize distribution, ordering gift cards/certificates, and winner notifications and prizes.
- Identify opportunities to improve marketing processes, streamline workflows, and enhance operational efficiency.
- Assist with data entry, list management, and quality assurance for marketing databases and campaign assets.
- Preferred Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred
- Knowledge and experience in the travel industry/travel agency segment a definite asset
- 2+ years of experience in marketing coordination, campaign operations, or digital marketing support
- Working knowledge of marketing performance metrics and KPI reporting across email, social media, and website channels
- Experience tracking and analyzing campaign performance including open rates, click-through rates (CTR), conversions, engagement, traffic, and lead generation metrics.
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms such as ActiveCampaign, ConstantContact Mailchimp, or similar
- Understanding of social media analytics tools including Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Analytics, Hootsuite, or similar platforms
- Experience using website analytics tools such as Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Console, or CMS reporting dashboards.
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel for reporting and data analysis
- Knowledge of CRM systems and marketing automation workflows is a plus.
- Experience supporting multi-channel marketing campaigns from planning through reporting.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a faced-paced environment supporting several business divisions.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
