    Key Responsibilities:

    • Design marketing graphics for social media, ads, email newsletters, and presentations.

    • Develop branded templates and visual systems for consistent content delivery.

    • Support creative direction by translating ideas into clear, visually appealing designs.

    • Collaborate with the content and paid ads teams to produce scroll-stopping creatives.

    • Adapt designs for different platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).

    • Maintain an organized archive of design files and templates.

    • Stay updated on design trends and platform-specific visual standards.




    Qualifications:


    - 2-3 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a digital marketing or agency role.


    - Strong portfolio showcasing social media and marketing design work.


    - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) or Canva.


    - Understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and branding principles.


    - Ability to work in a fast-paced, remote team and meet deadlines consistently.


    Bonus: Motion graphics or video editing skills are a plus.
