About the Role
We’re looking for a detail-oriented, technically savvy, and client-focused Marketing Technical Onboarding Manager to join our team. This role will be essential in guiding new clients through the onboarding process, ensuring they complete the necessary steps to set up their Meta and Google advertising accounts.
The ideal candidate will have experience in a digital marketing agency environment, particularly with Meta Business Suite (Facebook and Instagram) and Google Business Profile. You’ll be the go-to point of contact for clients during their onboarding journey, providing expert guidance via email, phone calls, and screen-sharing sessions to ensure they feel confident and well-supported.

What You’ll Do
Client Onboarding Support
Ensure new clients successfully complete all required onboarding steps, including necessary forms, integrations, and technical setups to run Meta ads and optimize their Google Business Profile.

Provide clear, step-by-step guidance and support to ensure clients are set up for success.

Simplify complex processes through email communication and one-on-one calls to create a seamless onboarding experience.

Meta Setup
Walk clients through connecting their Facebook Page, Instagram Profile, and Meta Business Suite.

Guide clients in setting up two-factor authentication (2FA), phone number verification, and payment methods.

Facilitate permission and role sharing within Meta Business Manager.

Troubleshoot common setup issues through screen-sharing sessions or direct intervention.

Google Business Profile Setup & Optimization
Guide clients through setting up or claiming their Google Business Profile.

Assist with profile verification, including phone, email, and business verification processes.

Help optimize business profiles by ensuring accurate business information, adding photos, and encouraging customer reviews.

Provide recommendations to improve local SEO and search visibility using Google Business Profile tools.

Online Store Configuration
Partner with Client Success Managers to support clients in configuring their online stores, including product listings, payment gateway integrations, and store readiness.

Troubleshoot issues related to inventory management, checkout processes, and product visibility to ensure optimal store performance.

Marketing Strategy Presentation
Follow SOPs to research and personalize marketing strategy presentations that highlight quick wins and provide an overview of our services.

Marketing Program Knowledge
Address basic client questions about our marketing programs, expectations, and campaign optimization strategies.

Stay updated on changes in Meta advertising tools, Google Business Profile, and related platforms to provide accurate and timely support.

Share client feedback and insights to help improve onboarding and support processes.

Documentation & Reporting
Maintain detailed documentation of client interactions, onboarding progress, and issue resolution.

Execute processes that utilize onboarding data to support other teams in personalizing marketing strategies.

We’re Looking For
Experience
2+ years of experience in a digital marketing agency or similar environment, with a focus on onboarding clients for Meta (Facebook and Instagram) ad setups and Google Business Profile optimization.

Proficiency in Meta Business Suite, Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Profile management, Meta Business Manager, and Google Business Profile setup/optimization.

Strong technical understanding of account integrations, permission management, and business verification processes.

Communication Skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in a simple and approachable manner.

Comfortable conducting client-facing calls, screen shares, and written support.

Problem-Solving Skills
Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities with a calm, solution-oriented approach.

Ability to manage multiple client onboarding processes while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Attention to Detail
Highly detail-oriented, ensuring accuracy throughout every stage of onboarding and account setup.

Quick Learner
Ability to quickly adapt to new tools, technologies, and marketing strategies while becoming an expert in Moxie’s marketing programs.

Tech-Savvy
Comfortable working with various software tools and platforms; experience with CRMs, project management tools, and screen-sharing software is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with small to medium-sized businesses on Meta and Google advertising campaigns.

Familiarity with additional digital marketing platforms and tools.

Previous experience in a client support or customer service role within a marketing agency.
