As a Marketplace Listing Coordinator, you play a vital role in the pack by owning the accuracy, visibility, and performance of our product catalogue across Amazon, Chewy, and Walmart. You ensure every listing is expertly created, optimised, and compliant—enhancing search performance while proactively identifying and resolving issues that could impact growth. Working at pace, you bring precision, organisation, and a strong understanding of marketplace best practices to keep our listings healthy, competitive, and conversion-ready.

Your responsibilities:
Create and maintain product listings, including parent/child variations, across Seller Central, Chewy Catalog Manager, and Walmart Seller Central

Optimise product titles, bullet points, and descriptions using relevant keywords to improve search visibility and conversion rates

Coordinate with design teams to ensure high-quality images, infographics, and A+ content are uploaded in line with Amazon guidelines

Monitor listing health, identifying and resolving suppressed listings, stranded inventory, and policy violations promptly

Conduct keyword research using tools such as Helium 10 to identify high-traffic opportunities and enhance listing performance

Maintain accuracy across all product data, including SKUs, barcodes, weight, and dimensions

Manage and resolve complex catalog issues by opening and handling cases with Amazon Seller Support

✅ What you bring:
1–3 years’ experience managing product listings on Amazon Seller Central, with exposure to Chewy and/or Walmart considered a strong advantage

Strong technical capability, including proficiency with Amazon flat files, CSVs, and Excel (e.g. VLOOKUPs, pivot tables)

A solid understanding of keyword research and the ability to analyse listing performance metrics (e.g. sessions, conversion rates) to drive optimisation

Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy across data entry, product information, and content updates

Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple listings and priorities in a fast-paced environment

Clear and effective communication skills, with strong written English and the ability to produce high-quality, error-free copy

A proactive, problem-solving mindset, able to identify and resolve listing issues, suppressions, and policy-related challenges efficiently
