We are a growing lead generation agency looking for a high-level Facebook Ads expert who specializes in generating qualified leads and booked appointments (NOT ecommerce).

This is not for beginners.

We’re looking for someone who understands how to generate high-quality appointments at the lowest possible cost, while maintaining strong lead quality and conversion rates.

This role will be a combination of:

  • Strategic consulting
  • Hands-on ad account review & optimization
  • Funnel and landing page feedback
  • Copy and creative direction

If you only know how to “launch ads” but don’t understand funnel economics and appointment metrics, this won’t be a fit.

What We’re Looking For

You must have experience with:

  • Facebook Ads for lead generation (NOT ecommerce)
  • Appointment funnels (VSLs, opt-in pages, qualification forms, booking pages)
  • Lowering cost per booked call
  • Improving show-up rates
  • Scaling campaigns profitably
  • Audience testing & creative strategy
  • Landing page and funnel optimization
  • Direct response copy fundamentals

Bonus if you understand:

  • High-ticket offers
  • Financial / insurance services

Scope of Work

Initially, this will involve:

  • Reviewing our current campaigns
  • Identifying optimization opportunities
  • Helping improve cost per qualified appointment
  • Advising on creative angles
  • Improving funnel conversion rates
  • Possibly helping implement improvements

We are open to:

  • Ongoing consulting & management
  • Performance-based structure
  • Hybrid advisory + implementation

This Is NOT For You If:

  • You specialize in ecommerce only
  • You focus purely on lead volume without qualification
  • You can’t explain your strategy clearly
