Medical Figure Illustrator

The Medical Figure Illustrator will create original visual assets for a wide range of subjects, including anatomy and physiology, surgery, nursing, biology, biochemistry, organic chemistry, and related topics. This role will collaborate with our medical and science teams both in the US and in India to develop best methods of visualizing scientific concepts and ensure high quality and accuracy of the work. Utilize graphics software to create artwork for use in print, electronic, and field media using a variety of methods such as color, type, illustration, photography, animation, and various print and layout techniques. Translate scientific and medical concepts into visuals that match style guides and parameters, adapted to specified levels of student expertise (pre-college through practicing physicians) under direction of creative lead. Maintain and update database of internal visual assets for reuse and collaboration.
