Medical Management Trainer

Join HCSC and be part of a purpose-driven company that will invest in your professional development. This position is responsible for development and delivery of initial and ongoing clinical, technical, and non-clinical training programs.Requirements
• Licensed clinician with current, valid, unrestricted license (LVN, RN, LPC, LMSW, RD, etc) in Illinois, Texas or New Mexico.
• 2 years of clinical experience
• 1 year experience in a medical management program; such as utilization management, case management or disease management
• 1 year training experience which may include mentoring/on-the-job training or new hire training presentations
• Knowledge of Medical Management program policies, procedures, and operations
• Knowledge of accreditation and regulatory standards, and relation to medical management operational guidelines
• Verbal and written communication skills including interpersonal skills and presentation skills
• PC experience to include proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Analytical skills
• Ability and willingness to travel, including overnight stays
