- Job Description:
- Provide evidence-based individual teletherapy to students ages 11–24 with mild-to-moderate mental health conditions
- Build trusted relationships with youth and families
- Provide psychoeducation to parents/caregivers
- Requirements:
- Licensed Professional with LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT credentials in the State of California
- Experience diagnosing, treatment planning, and working with youth and families in clinical or school settings
- Strong telehealth skills and reliable high-speed Internet connection

- Competitive Compensation:
- W-2: $55,000–$115,000 annual (bi-weekly standardized payment)
- 1099: $70–$85 per session (plus no-show & late-cancel pay)
- Flexible Schedule: Set your hours Monday–Friday (3-8 PM) with optional weekends (9am-5pm)
- W2 Caseload Commitment: W-2 clinicians carry a caseload of 25 weekly slots (Monday-Friday 3pm-8pm PST), with a target of 17 completed sessions per week averaged across the month.
