Lead the process of evaluation and selection of the MES vendor based on functionality, business fit, security and compliance, total cost of ownership, integration and scalability
Partnering with manufacturing, engineering and quality teams to analyze business needs and design a scalable and secure system architectures.
Translating business requirements into functional and technical design/specifications.
Configure, test, and deploy MES software to optimize production/quality processes from raw materials to finished goods Analysis of the SCADA data to map it to MES data structure
Design and implement integration between the MES, ERP and other quality systems.
Define the MES architectural vision and roadmap to align with corporate manufacturing strategies, customer needs and digitalization goals
Establish and enforce MES-specific standards, governance frameworks, data modeling, and best practices globally.
Co- leads COE for OT/MES
