Monthly Bookkeeper for 7-Figure Marketing Agency (QuickBooks + Relay/Sequence)
We run a lean, high-performance growth agency with multiple income streams, a fully remote team, and clean systems — we just need someone smart and consistent to keep our books tight.
This isn’t a cleanup job. Our setup is dialed in. You’ll be walking into a system that runs:
QuickBooks Online (fully set up)
Relay for banking and multi-account spend controls
Sequence (getsequence.io) for envelope-style budgeting (if you’ve never used it, don’t worry — it’s intuitive)
Zoho Billing connected to Square (credit cards) and DEX/CSG Forte (ACH) for client billing
Funds flow automatically into Sequence, then get allocated by envelope logic
We also use Gusto and Deel for payroll, and we’re not moving slow — we’re scaling and need someone who can keep up.
Here’s what we need from you:
Reconcile all transactions monthly (Relay, Sequence, Zoho, etc.)
Categorize expenses in QuickBooks (we’ll help you get familiar with our chart of accounts)
Deliver a clean P&L and balance sheet by the 10th of each month — no surprises, no fluff
Flag any weird charges, missed deposits, or duplicate transactions
Optional: help prep for tax season (we have a separate CPA, just need the books clean)
Time & Pay:
Roughly 10 hours per month
$300–$500/month (we’re cool starting hourly and switching to flat once you’ve got your bearings)
Bonus points if:
You’ve worked with agencies or remote teams
You know Sequence or Relay (or can learn fast)
You’ve dealt with multiple income sources (ACH + CC + weird stuff like Cash App)
You actually care about accuracy and like making ops smoother — not messier
