Responsibilities
Ā Working with loan processors to obtain necessary documentation to meet company/regulatory compliance standards.

Ā Conditioning settlement agents and loan processors for corrections, clarifications or items needed prior to the drawing of final loan documents.

Ā Analyzing loan files before final closing docs are drawn for state/federal compliance.

Ā Sending out lender's instructions and balancing figures with settlement agents.

Ā Ensuring accuracy in LOS system before final closing documents are drawn.

Ā Ordering funding wires and obtaining conditions needed prior to or after loan funding.
Requirements
Ā Minimum 2 years' experience as a multi-state closer/funder in the residential mortgage industry.

Ā Compliance experience is a plus.
