1) Mgr will do virtual interviews initially (especially while screening, short-listing best fits), HOWEVER they may also ask a candidate to come to their office for a follow up IN PERSON interview if they feel its needed.
2) If selected, the contractor will be required to be ON SITE 5 days/week initially (no exceptions), then will phase into the same telework schedule (2 days remote) as the other staff. When they will go to 2 days remote will be at the descretion of the mgr and not on a specific timeline. This will happen when the mgr is comfortable with their performance.
- Required Skills
- 8 years Development Experience in .NET, Model View Controller (MVC), Entity Framework, SQL
- Knowledge, Skills or experience developing or supporting financial systems
- Strong unit and user testing experience in support of business users
- Interface with Information Security Office to develop approved security architecture
- UI Experience using CSS with JQuery & JAVAScript
- The ability to transform business requirements to a technical design for development
- Desired Skills
- Local, Public Sector experience, certified.
