Conduct thorough investigations of insurance claims to determine coverage and liability.
Analyze policy information and claim details to accurately determine coverage and payment amounts.

Negotiate and settle claims within established authority limits.
Utilize excellent customer service skills to maintain positive relationships with clients and ensure their satisfaction.
