Job Title: nCino Salesforce Developer

Job Summary We are seeking an experienced nCino Developer with strong hands-on expertise in the commercial loan origination process. The ideal candidate will have deep functional and technical knowledge of nCino modules, solid Salesforce development skills, and the ability to work directly with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
Key Responsibilities
• Work on the nCino Commercial Loan Origination System with a focus on implementation and customization
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements
• Design and develop scalable solutions using Salesforce and nCino platforms
• Configure and enhance nCino modules to meet business needs
• Ensure high-quality delivery of development tasks independently
Required Skills
• Core nCino Expertise:
• Minimum 5–8 years of hands-on experience with the nCino Commercial Loan Origination System
• Strong working knowledge of key modules including:
• Loan Processing Stages
• Collateral Management
• Covenant Management
• Change Memo
• Deal Structure
• Product Configuration
• Screen Configuration
• Salesforce Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in Apex, Triggers, Flows, and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
• Experience with API development and system integrations
• Professional Skills:
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Self-driven with the ability to collaborate with customers, gather requirements, and independently manage development tasks
Qualifications
• Proven experience delivering solutions on the nCino and Salesforce platforms
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
