Role Overview
- We are seeking founding Board Members to help guide the strategic direction and long-term growth of A Tiger Cub. This is an opportunity to play a meaningful role in shaping an early-stage organization with a clear mission and growing community presence.Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic guidance on organizational growth, programs, and partnerships
- Support fundraising efforts through introductions, donor outreach, and campaign development
- Offer insight based on professional expertise (nonprofit, education, community building, marketing, etc.)
- Serve as an advocate and ambassador for the organization
- Participate in quarterly board meetings and periodic working sessions
- Ideal Candidates
- Passion for immigrant communities, education, or social impact work
- Experience in fundraising, nonprofit leadership, partnerships, or scaling initiatives
- Strong network or willingness to actively contribute to growth efforts
- Thoughtful, collaborative, and willing to engage beyond a symbolic role
