NYC Legal Researcher Needed - DSNY Sticker/Posting Violation Enforcement

I need a legal researcher with access to NYC municipal records to investigate the enforcement history of illegal posting/sticker violations in New York City.

What I Need:

Research and document the most recent cases where businesses, vendors, or individuals received fines or were sued for violating NYC Admin Code §10-119 (illegal posting of handbills/notices/stickers on public or private property).
