Online College Advisor - Application Specialist California-based candidate is preferred
- **To move forward in the application process, please submit a 3-5 minute video introduction (Loom, Zoom or similar link is fine). Applications will only be considered once a video has been received. SORRY! This will help us weed out AI apps, AI responses and those just sending thousands of resumes. We do not have the staff to go through thousands of resumes but we really want to hire someone amazing! No need for anything formal. Please read the job description before sending your video. We do not want to waste your time :)
Please BRIEFLY share (approximately 30-50 seconds for each question)
1) Why you're a good fit.
2) How many students you've previously helped get into a competitive california school.
3) Why you think the student was accepted.
4) One challenging student situation you handled professionally
5) Steps you would take if you have a 5:00 p.m. Zoom appointment and it is 5:05 p.m. and the student has not joined.
6) Approximately how many college applications you've reviewed over that last 5 years.
