Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver online courses in Network & Communications Management, aligning with DeVry University's curriculum standards
- Create and update course materials, syllabi, and lesson plans to ensure relevance and effectiveness
- Utilize online technologies and software to facilitate engaging and interactive learning experiences
- Assess student learning, provide feedback, and evaluate course effectiveness
- Participate in faculty training and development activities to stay current with best practices in online education
Qualifications
- Master's degree in a relevant field (Doctoral degree preferred)
- 18 graduate hours in the subject being taught (for undergraduate teaching)
- Requisite subject matter expertise and outstanding communication skills
- Excellent motivational and instructional skills in a diverse and non-traditional environment
- Ability to work collaboratively and facilitate diverse groups
