Supporting the day-to-day functions of a progressive global nonprofit, the full-time remote Operations and Finance Associate will manage finance tasks including accounts payable and receivable, assist in people operations, and coordinate meetings and events while engaging with members and programs.

    Key responsibilities
  • Process accounts payable and receivable, manage monthly financial reporting, and maintain organized financial records
  • Support performance review processes, manage public holiday calendars, and assist with recruitment and team surveys
  • Coordinate logistics for Board meetings and donor events, while overseeing communications with supporters and managing grant reporting
    Required qualifications
  • 2-3 years of office experience, preferably in non-profit administration and finance
  • Proficiency in Excel and experience with data reporting and basic analysis
  • Fluency in English; second language skills in Portuguese, Spanish, or German are highly desirable
  • Demonstrated commitment to social justice and/or LGBT+ issues
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple work streams with minimal supervision
