Seeking an Operations Manager to run daily clinic operations, optimize workflow, manage patient scheduling, support providers, ensure an elevated client experience, and maintain compliance and efficiency in a luxury medical environment.
- Key Responsibilities
- Manage clinic operations, scheduling, and patient flow.
- Support medical staff and coordinate labs, assessments, and treatment rooms.
- Deliver a high-end, private, concierge-style client experience.
- Oversee compliance, SOPs, inventory, and vendor coordination.
- Track KPIs and execute process improvements. Qualifications
- 3+ years in medical, wellness, or concierge-service operations.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Experience in men's health, functional medicine, or clinic leadership preferred.
