Order Fulfillment & Shipping Assistant for Clothing Brand

We run a growing streetwear clothing brand and are looking for a reliable freelancer to help with order fulfillment and shipping on an ongoing basis.

What you’ll do:

Pack and ship customer orders (mostly hoodies and t-shirts, 1–2 lbs each)

Print and apply shipping labels (we’ll provide access to our Shopify/ShipStation account)

Keep inventory organized and report when stock is running low

Ensure orders are packed securely and shipped out on time

Volume:

Currently under 400 orders per month (about 10–20 orders/day, depending on sales volume)

Expectation: check and fulfill orders 2–3 times per week

Requirements:

Prior experience with Shopify, ShipStation, or similar platforms preferred

Basic knowledge of USPS/UPS shipping

Reliable, detail-oriented, and good communication skills

Able to manage packing/fulfillment independently and stay organized

Compensation:

Paid per order fulfilled or hourly (we can discuss what works best)

Bonus opportunities as order volume grows
