A company is looking for a Paid Media Analyst to support and optimize B2B acquisition across various channels.

    Key Responsibilities
  • Track campaign performance and manage budget pacing to improve return on ad spend, lead quality, and marketing efficiency
  • Analyze performance trends to identify high-performing audiences and creative, driving quality B2B sign-ups and account activations
  • Lead experimental design in collaboration with agencies to drive growth and ensure measurement alignment across teams
    Required Qualifications
  • 4-6+ years of experience in performance marketing or paid media analytics, focusing on B2B or SMB acquisition
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL for data extraction and understanding of marketing platform data integration
  • Expertise in BI tools (Looker, Tableau, or Mode) for building real-time marketing performance monitors
  • Strong technical knowledge of the marketing stack, including conversion APIs and multi-touch attribution models
  • Proven ability to optimize paid media spend and reduce Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC)
