We run a NYC-based creative studio that offers art workshops. We are looking for an experienced paid media manager to help optimize and improve performance across Meta and Google Ads.

Current ad spend: ~$4,000/month total

Primary focus: Driving bookings for in-person workshops (not e-commerce products)

Scope of Work:

  • Manage Meta and Google Ads accounts
  • Improve campaign structure and efficiency
  • Audit and restructure campaigns if needed
  • Develop and execute creative testing plan
  • Improve cost per booking and overall campaign efficiency
  • Weekly performance recap (written summary)
  • Biweekly strategy call

We want someone who can improve performance and bring structure to testing and reporting.

Ideal Experience:

  • Experience running paid ads for local businesses, events, classes, or experience-based brands
  • Strong understanding of conversion tracking and attribution
  • Comfortable working with modest daily budgets
  • Data-driven but practical

Time Commitment:

  • 3–6 hours per week to start
