  • Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification (required)
  • Active Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) license in New York State (required)
  • Proven experience supporting individuals with autism and/or developmental disabilities
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to coach families and RBTs effectively
  • Proficiency in data collection, analysis, and treatment plan development
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English (highly preferred)
  • Familiarity with HIPAA-compliant clinical documentation systems
You’ll thrive in this role if you:
  • Enjoy making meaningful clinical impact
  • Value collaboration and a supportive team culture
  • Want to deliver high-quality care in a fully remote setting
