- What You’ll Be Doing
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized intervention plans tailored to each client’s needs
- Provide direct telehealth-based observation, supervision, and coaching to RBTs, families, and caregivers
- Implement evidence-based strategies to promote meaningful skill development and reduce challenging behaviors
- Monitor client progress through data review and make timely adjustments to treatment plans
- Document sessions and maintain records in our secure, HIPAA-compliant platform
- Collaborate virtually with our multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic, coordinated care
- Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with ABA best practices
- Who We're Looking For
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field (required)
- Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification (required)
- Active Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) license in New York State (required)
- Proven experience supporting individuals with autism and/or developmental disabilities
- Strong communication skills and the ability to coach families and RBTs effectively
- Proficiency in data collection, analysis, and treatment plan development
- Bilingual in Spanish and English (highly preferred)
- Familiarity with HIPAA-compliant clinical documentation systems
