We're partnering with a reputable Property Management company in West London to find a skilled Credit Controller to join their Accounts Team. As a part-time Credit Controller, you'll play a vital role in managing aged debt and arrears, working collaboratively with the team to achieve success.

About the Role:

• Part-time position: 3 days per week, 9am to 5pm (2 days home-based, 1 day in-office at Notting Hill)


• Key responsibilities:
  
  
  
  • Identify and manage aged debt and arrears
  
  
  • Communicate with leaseholders and residents via email, telephone, and formal letter to collect unpaid service charges and rent
  
  
  • Arrange and monitor payment plans
  
  
  • Prepare reports on monies owed and collected
  
  
  • Refer complex cases to senior team members
  
  
  • Prepare documentary evidence for formal recovery proceedings
  
  
  
  

Requirements and Benefits:
