As a Customer Service Agent, you will be responsible for:

• Greeting customers and assisting them with the check-in and baggage registration process
• Utilizing a computer to sell, print, and reissue tickets
• Managing the check-in process, ensuring customers have the necessary documentation for travel
• Labeling baggage and performing lifting tasks, including moving baggage from scales to conveyor belts
• Practicing safety-conscious behaviors in all operational processes and procedures

• *Requirements**

• **Essential Qualifications:**
+ High school diploma or GED equivalent+ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and understand and respond to various questions regarding travel information+ Basic computer skills and ability to use a computer to assist customers+ Strong verbal and written communication skills, using proper grammar, tone, and pronunciation+ Ability to lift bags or items weighing up to 50 pounds regularly and up to 70 pounds occasionally
