- *Position Overview**
As a Part Time Customer Service Associate at careerzynith, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our fans, referees, coaches, and other customers. You will be the face of careerzynith, responding to inquiries via our case management system, updating our public knowledgebase, and providing live troubleshooting support. You will also contribute to managing customer data in backend systems and create positive working relationships with our membership by providing training, support, and service.
- *Primary Responsibilities**
- Respond to inquiries via our case management system, ensuring timely and accurate resolutions
- Contribute to updating our public knowledgebase to increase customer self-service and improve overall customer experience
- Provide live troubleshooting support and escalate cases to tier 2 staff as needed, ensuring seamless customer service
- Assist in managing customer data in backend systems, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records
- Create and maintain positive working relationships with our membership by providing training, support, and service, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
- *Requirements**
- Minimum 2+ years related experience in customer service, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
- General knowledge of soccer, with a passion for the sport and its community
- Ability to work in fast-paced and demanding environments, prioritizing workflow and managing multiple tasks simultaneously
- Exceptional time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality work under pressure
- Proficient experience with Microsoft Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook), with the ability to learn new systems and technologies quickly
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, combined with a professional demeanor and a customer-centric approach
- Ability to connect "micro" details to the "macro" vision and mission, with a deep understanding of the careerzynith brand and values
- *Desired Qualifications**
- Passion for soccer, with a strong understanding of the sport and its community
- Bilingual (English and Spanish, preferred), with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse customer groups
- Experience with case management systems (e.g. ZenDesk, Service Now), with a strong understanding of customer service software and technologies
- Experience with Salesforce, with a proven track record of using CRM systems to deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Collaborative, team-player with a results-driven mindset, with a strong ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Strong problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to address and resolve complex customer issues
