As a Part-time Customer Support Representative – Chat Operations, you'll be responsible for engaging with customers through online chat, providing accurate information about our products and services, and helping to generate leads for our automotive dealer clients. - Manage a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, responding promptly and professionally to ensure a positive customer experience
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information about careerzynith's products and services, including features, benefits, and pricing
- Narrow down on appointment information to schedule appointments with customers, ensuring seamless communication and follow-up
- Capture customer contact information for lead generation and client review, helping to drive revenue growth for our dealer clients
- Summarize interactions based on customer needs for client review, providing valuable insights and feedback
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services, staying up-to-date on industry trends and developments
- *Qualifications**
- Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry is preferred but not necessary
- Intermediate internet and window-based computer skills, with the ability to learn and adapt to new software and systems
- Strong ability to multitask, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and meeting performance targets
- Positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Must be able to work 4-hour time blocks daily, with flexibility to adjust scheduling as needed
- Able to attend 5 weeks of training Monday – Friday from 4PM – 8PM, with a focus on developing skills and knowledge
- Flexible scheduling after completion of training, with a minimum of 16+ hours per week
- Must be able to type at least 35 WPM, with 40 and above preferred
- Positive and professional demeanor, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and meeting performance targets
