Job Overview:

• Provide one-on-one tutoring to first-grade students in math, English language arts, reading, and writing


• Develop and implement personalized lesson plans to meet the unique needs of each student


• Communicate effectively with students, parents, and our office team to ensure seamless support and progress tracking


• Maintain accurate records of tutoring sessions, including progress reports and student feedback

Responsibilities:

• Prepare engaging and effective lesson plans for each tutoring session


• Provide regular progress reports to our office and families within 24 hours of each session


• Balance tutoring hours and prioritize student needs to ensure optimal support


• Respond to student and parent inquiries, concerns, and requests in a professional and timely manner

Minimum Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the education field, with a preference for tutoring or teaching experience


• Strong knowledge of fundamental concepts in math, English language arts, reading, and writing


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt to diverse learning styles


• Reliable transportation, current car insurance, and access to a computer, internet, and smartphone
