We're seeking a highly skilled and ambitious Part-Time Customer Service Advisor fluent in German to join our team, working with renowned luxury beauty and fashion brands. As a brand ambassador, you'll provide exceptional customer service, ensuring every interaction is personalized, empathetic, and memorable. About the Role:



  • Work as the first point of contact for customer queries, providing timely and effective solutions via telephone, social media, webchat, and email

  • Embody the brand's values, promoting a culture of excellence, inclusivity, and collaboration

  • Utilize your excellent communication skills to build strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences

  • Collaborate with our dedicated customer service team to inspire and delight customers, driving loyalty and brand advocacy


Requirements:



  • Fluency in German, with a C2 level of English

  • Experience working in a retail or luxury environment, preferably in beauty, cosmetics, or fashion

  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service, with a genuine enthusiasm for ensuring customer satisfaction

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt your style to suit each customer's needs

  • Confident IT skills, with flexibility, professionalism, and a willingness to learn

  • Great attention to detail, with excellent organizational skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving


Working Hours and Location:



  • Part-time, 20 hours per week (Wednesday 9am-6pm, Thursday 2pm-6pm, and Friday 9am-6pm)

  • Remote work option (WFH) or based in our Southend-on-Sea office

  • Contract duration: 18th October 2024 to 31st January 2025


Technical Requirements:



  • Windows 11 compatible machine or macOS 12 (Monterey) or later

  • 8GB RAM minimum, with 15GB+ free storage space

  • Apple or Android smartphone with iOS 15.0 (or later) or Android 12 (or later)

  • Windows Defender antivirus software or X-Protect for MAC OS

  • Minimum speed requirements: ping ms maximum 20ms, download 20 MBps, and upload 5Mbps
