Part-Time Remote Office Assistant (Order entry)
Bouncyband is a Connecticut based company serving schools and retailers nationwide. We are looking for a reliable, detail oriented Part Time Remote Office Assistant to support both our wholesale and retail operations in the afternoons.
Hours:
Monday through Friday
1:00 pm to 5:00 pm EST
Responsibilities:
- Enter and process wholesale and retail customer orders accurately
- Update spreadsheets and shared documents, including backorders and inventory tracking
- Make outbound calls and send emails to schools and retail accounts for payment follow ups or order information
- Assist with price quotes and customer inquiries
- Provide general administrative and customer service support
- Maintain organized and up to date records across systems
Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Clear and professional phone and email communication
- Comfortable using Excel and Google Docs
- Experience with Shopify or Faire is a plus
- Experience with SOS Inventory is a big plus
- Dependable and self motivated
- Prior office, wholesale, retail, or customer service experience preferred
