Essential Functions/Responsibilities
Ā Manage executive appointments and calendars.
Ā Organize and manage emails.
Ā Prepare presentations and spreadsheets.
Ā Handle social media management.
Ā Create and optimize workflows and processes.

Ā Update and manage CRM systems.
Ā Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, cars, hotels, and restaurants.

Key Qualifications

Additional Information
Ā This is a 1099 contractor role.
Ā Compensation is (18 - )21 per hour, based on experience and skillset, paid monthly based on contracted hours.
Ā Opportunities for various client engagements are available, though hours or clients cannot be guaranteed.
