As a Part-Time Weekend / Night Shift Customer Service Associate, you'll be responsible for answering after-hours phone calls, scheduling appointments with customers, and providing exceptional customer service through email and phone interactions. You'll work closely with our on-call technicians to ensure seamless communication and efficient service delivery. This role requires flexibility, as you'll work a variety of shifts, including weekdays from 6:00 PM - 10:00 PM and weekends from 7:00 AM - 10:00 PM.

  • *Key Responsibilities:**
  • Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries in a prompt and professional manner
  • Schedule appointments with customers and on-call technicians
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer interactions and services provided
  • Assist with miscellaneous office duties as needed
  • Provide exceptional customer service through email and phone interactions
  • Collaborate with on-call technicians to ensure seamless communication and efficient service delivery

  • Customer service experience
  • Excellent phone skills, including fielding inbound and outbound customer and technician calls
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and evenings
