Partner - venture and capital formation
Aurelian Life Sciences is a capital-efficient biopharma catalyst platform partnering with biotechnology developers to advance clinically validated therapies through development and toward commercialization. The platform focuses on identifying high-quality assets—typically Phase 1b, Phase 2, or Phase 3-ready—that demonstrate real clinical signal but lack the capital structure and operational execution needed to reach U.S. value inflection points.
Aurelian works alongside developers to provide regulatory strategy, clinical development oversight, medical affairs planning, and commercial readiness while structuring asset-level financing through SPVs and structured capital models designed to efficiently advance programs toward strategic outcomes.
As Aurelian expands its portfolio of partnered assets, we are seeking a Partner – Capital Formation & Strategic Introductions to help drive investor engagement and capital formation across development programs.
This role is focused on introductions, investor access, and capital network development across the biotech financing ecosystem.
Role Overview
The Partner will leverage their network across life sciences investors and capital providers to introduce Aurelian’s asset opportunities to groups capable of funding development programs. These may include royalty funds, venture investors, private capital groups, family offices, and strategic healthcare investors.
The individual will work closely with Aurelian leadership to align capital sources with asset-level financing strategies and SPV structures.
Key Responsibilities
- Introduce Aurelian and its partnered assets to relevant investors across the biotech ecosystem
- Build relationships with royalty financing groups, venture funds, private equity, family offices, and institutional capital providers
- Support capital raises for development programs through SPV-based financing structures
- Facilitate investor meetings, introductions, and relationship development
- Collaborate with Aurelian leadership on capital strategy and investor positioning
- Assist in developing investor narratives and financing structures aligned with asset milestones
- Expand Aurelian’s network of strategic financial partners globally
