People Analytics Analyst

We have an opportunity for a People Analytics Analyst in Mexico City, to join our People Operations team, reporting to our Senior Manager, People Operations. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in advancing our people data strategy, supporting AI-driven initiatives, and enhancing our reporting and analytics capabilities within Oracle HCM. Collaborating closely with IT, HR stakeholders, and data strategy SMEs, you will streamline processes, resolve reporting issues, and deliver impactful dashboards and insights.

Be a Contributor — What You’ll Do

Design, develop, and maintain OTBI and BI reports and dashboards in Oracle HCM

Translate business requirements into scalable and insightful reporting solutions

Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all reports and dashboards

Partner with the People Data Strategy SME to support AI-driven analytics initiatives

Contribute to the development of new reports and dashboards

Assist in shaping the future of people analytics through innovation and automation

Work with IT, HRBPs and other stakeholders to manage and resolve reporting-related tickets and sometimes system issues

Act as a liaison between technical teams and business users to ensure timely and effective solutions

Identify opportunities to automate manual reporting and data processes and develop and implement automation solutions to improve efficiency and reduce errors

Document and maintain standard operating procedures for automated workflows

Be Prepared — What You Bring

5+ years of experience in HR reporting and analytics, preferably within an HR technology team

Hands-on experience building and maintaining HR reports and dashboards with any major HRIS (for example: Oracle HCM, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, etc.)

Experience with SQL is preferred

Experience with data visualization tools, such as PowerBI and Tableau considered an asset

Proven ability to think critically and solve complex problems, coupled with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Demonstrated capability to handle multiple priorities effectively in fast-paced, dynamic environments

Experience working on AI or machine learning projects in an HR context considered an asset

Bachelor's degree in human resources, data analytics, or related field

Identify areas for automation across reporting and data workflows to improve speed, accuracy, and reduce manual effort

Uphold high standards of data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all analytics platforms

Act as a liaison between technical teams and business users to facilitate smooth communication, timely deliverables, and stakeholder satisfaction

One Year:

Support the implementation of AI-driven analytics in collaboration with people data strategy SMEs to elevate organizational decision-making capabilities

Design and maintain scalable, insightful, and accurate OTBI reports and dashboards tailored to business requirements

Collaborate with IT and HR stakeholders to effectively manage and resolve reporting-related tickets and system issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations

Contribute to developing future-facing dashboards and reports that leverage emerging technologies in AI and machine learning
