Performance Marketer / Sales Closer / Conversion Specialist, for my eLearning Platform.

Hi folks,

I’m the founder of an online learning platform called "Neonst". We currently sell 5 digital courses (each around ~$20) targeting customers in the US market. I’m looking for an experienced Performance Marketer and Sales Closer / Conversion Specialist, who can help me drive real sales (not just traffic) for my courses.

I need someone who can:

• Build and optimize paid acquisition funnels (e.g., Facebook/Instagram/Google ads)

• Create ad content and creatives (copy, visuals, etc.)

• Target US students/customers specifically

• Set up tracking and conversion analysis

• Provide measurable results (cost per sale, conversion rates)

I’m focused on measurable sales results. I’d like to offer:

• Base setup fee: $100 — for initial strategy, campaign setup, tracking, and creative planning

• Performance bonus: $3 per verified sale — paid based on actual tracked purchases

My goal is real sales and revenue, not branding at this stage.
