Pharmacy Regulatory Counsel
A company is looking for a Sr. Regulatory Counsel (Pharmacy).
- Key Responsibilities
- Advise on regulatory compliance matters across all jurisdictions, including pharmacy operations and licensing
- Support various business units with legal advice on pharmacy-related issues and operational considerations
- Collaborate with the legal team on regulatory inquiries and maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and regulations
- Required Qualifications
- Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited law school and an active license to practice law in at least one US jurisdiction
- 9+ years of healthcare regulatory experience, with a minimum of 5 years in the pharmacy sector
- Experience interpreting state and federal pharmacy laws, with a focus on compounding regulations
- Strong collaborative mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience interacting with regulatory authorities such as the FDA or state Boards of Pharmacy is a plus
