Keep calls within 3–4 minutes

Maintain a professional and polite tone

Record call time, duration, and outcome

Submit a brief report after each call

Requirements:

Professional phone etiquette

Ability to follow instructions accurately

Reliable phone and internet connection

Must use your personal phone number (no virtual/VoIP numbers)
