Pifko Law PC — Remote Legal Assistant (Full-Time or Part-Time)
Pifko Law PC is a boutique corporate law firm based in the NY Metro area that serves institutional financial services clients — hedge funds, private equity firms, and asset managers. We're looking for a remote legal assistant to join our close-knit team and help keep the wheels turning smoothly.
The Role
- You’ll work with our attorneys and staff to keep matters organized, contracts flowing, and client communications on point. You’ll also assist the managing partner with scheduling, calendar coordination, and travel. It’s a hands-on role in a fast-paced, high-volume practice — perfect for someone who loves detail, structure, and clear communication.What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing new matter intake and client confirmations
- Facilitating AI workflows and document processes (training provided)
- Creating and maintaining matters in our practice management system (Clio Manage)
- Organizing files and documents in SharePoint
- Handling calendar management, scheduling, and calls
- Helping with billing and invoicing as needed
- Communicating with institutional clients in a polished, professional way
- Spotting opportunities to improve workflows and make things run more smoothly
- What We’re Looking For
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, SharePoint, Teams)
- Familiarity with Clio Manage preferred but not required
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Tech-savvy and genuinely curious about new tools — from AI platforms to productivity tools and social media — and excited to use those skills to help the firm stay tech-forward
- Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable during Eastern Time business hours
- A self-starter who enjoys being part of a small remote team
- Recent grads with the right mindset and motivation are welcome — we’ll train the right person
- Details
- Full-time or 30+ hours per week
- Fully remote (U.S.-based candidates only)
- Competitive pay commensurate with experience
