- Strategy: how to build a Pinterest presence that aligns with our tone + goals
- Set-up: optimizing our profile, boards, pin templates, keywords
- Content: creating pins (or overseeing creation) 2–4x/week
- Testing: monitor performance, adjust based on what’s working
- Conversion: direct traffic to free downloads and email capture
