PMO Project Manager (Transportation Technologies)

Location: Middletown, PA

Duration: 3+ months

Work Arrangement: Remote/Hybrid

Manage and coordinate activities of internal and/or external staff involved in multiple IT projects of varying complexity.
Develop and maintain project plans and other necessary artifacts following established project management standards, procedures, templates, and methodologies.
Collaborate with business owners and analysts to define and refine project scope.
Perform project management duties through the entire project lifecycle: initiating, planning, executing, monitoring and controlling, and closing.
Conduct lessons learned sessions during and after projects to identify recommendations for improvement.
Maintain productive working relationships with technology staff, business owners, project sponsors, vendors, and key clients.
Adhere to the PMO Playbook and referenced artifacts.
Perform tasks and other duties as related to this position and role as assigned by the Commission.

Minimum of five (5) years of expertise in managing projects of various sizes and subject matters, including integration, scope, schedule, cost, communication, vendor, and risk planning and management.
Experience with Long-haul Fiber Networks, Facility/Campus Data Networks, Wireless connectivity, Wi-Fi Networks, and Unified Communication technology.
Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.
Experience with ServiceNow in Idea, Project, and Demand modules.
Experience with Enterprise Business Solutions, specifically SAP projects.
Familiarity with ITIL / ITSM practices and methodologies.
