Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with Medicaid Managed Care Experience to lead and align a portfolio of strategic initiatives within regulated healthcare and public sector environments. The role requires strong governance, stakeholder engagement, and delivery expertise across both traditional and Agile project methodologies.
- Key Responsibilities
- Oversee a portfolio of healthcare and public sector programs to ensure strategic alignment, delivery performance, and risk mitigation.
- Provide executive reporting on schedules, budgets, resources, and outcomes.
- Lead governance frameworks, prioritization processes, and portfolio planning.
- Drive Agile and Scrum-based delivery alongside traditional project management approaches.
- Supervise Project Managers, Scrum Masters, and cross-functional teams.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and quality standards across initiatives.
- Partner with stakeholders to manage scope, change, and strategic outcomes.
- Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of project/program management experience
- 4+ years of portfolio or multi-project leadership
- Active PMP certification required
- Scrum Master or Agile certification preferred
- Experience in healthcare systems and public sector environments
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with large-scale IT modernization initiatives in Healthcare
- Familiarity with regulated operational environments
- Experience managing vendors and enterprise budgets

Pay: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
